I have never used a taxi service so bad. I have called on a sat night and it has take over an hour to turn up...perhaps they were busy but when you call to ask where it is they always say it's on its way. I pre booked one for an Edinburgh pick up after a wedding. It never showed. When I called to chase they sent me another one....from Livingston. On 2 separate occasions I have ordered a taxi from the station to home and nothing has turned up. When I have chased them up in told I wasn't there and they took someone else instead. Customer service is awful, avoid at all costs. The best option in Livingston is to stay sober and drive.

All the Zero's would be a better description of this company. Had pre-booked a taxi for us to be picked up from the VU. We were there well before the allotted time, and waited another 10 minutes before we phoned them to enquire about the taxi, only to be told that the taxi had been and gone as we were not there, which was a blatant lie as we were there, it was the taxi which failed to show up, their attitude was 'so, what do you want us to do about it'. Quicker this bunch of liars are put out of business the better. Never recommend this lot nor would I use them again.

Worst. Taxi. Ever. LOnly got one star because zero isn't possible. Booked 24 hours in advance, never turned up and then were argumentative on the phone when we tried to find out where they were. Hung up and then hung up straight away when we phoned them back. I'd rather walk 12 miles in high heels with blisters than use "All The Fours", which is handy because that's about the only service they offer

Left two vulnerable young females standing about in Edinburgh for 1hr and 40mins. Disgraceful, if you are too busy to take the fare please be honest in future. Thankfully they are both ok, however you have a duty of care to your customers and you failed massively.
