The drivers are friendly and booking in advance is easy. I use them regularly. Thanks for a great service! Not sure what is happening with them but the last 2 times I've booked for and early morning taxi there has been a problem? Customer service is very important but not sure they are bothered?

So, what has happened to this company? They used to be friendly, reliable but over the last year i have used them (giving them the benefit of the doubt) and they have ALWAYS been late. The last straw has been this month. Booked them for a run from Bathgate to the train station - going out with friends, meal reservation (you know, the ones that you only have the table for 2 hrs from your reservation time). We pre booked this as being a Saturday thought best to. Half an hour AFTER the contracted time of our booking, 2 phone calls later and no sign of the taxi we cancelled and had to arrange to get to the station another way - missing our original train. Thankfully we just made our reservation. My husband works abroad and has used this company for 3 years to take him to the airport. This morning he had it booked for 5.30am...... 5.45 no sign of the taxi - phoned and advised on the way... no apology why it was late at this time in the morning. No sign by 5.55 another phone call to advise them if they were not there by 6am he would have to arrange to go on his own. Arrived at 6am - half an hour after the arranged time with no explanation or apology. You have had more chances than you really deserved, so another lost customer. Would have liked to negatively marked them, do not even deserve 1 star.

Unreliable service and poor telephone manner from call handler! Phoned at 3.30pm for a taxi and was told 4pm. Phoned back at 4.25pm as still hadnt arrived only to be told from call handler that she cant guarantee it will be with me for 5pm!!!! No apology or reason why for lateness!!! Would def recommend to call another taxi company if its reliance your after.

Disgusting taxi company. My wife booked a cab at 11.10 when she was getting on a train home from Glasgow. This was to pick her up from armadale train station at 12.25. Woman said no problem. When she got there no cab. Called the company back and she was told aw sorry we have had a really busy period and the cab will be 30 minutes. This is after she had booked well in advance. She is on her own and now walking as cannot get a cab. Disgusting. Please do not use this service.

booked taxi for 7:45 this morning, I was told it would need to be 7:40, i agreed, waited to 7:45 nothing, called them, rang for 10 mins, no answer. And no taxi arrived. Tried calling 3 times, and got no answer. Don't use this shower, they give taxi's a bad name, I was late for work, Thanks!
