Used to be a reliable service. Used to be taxis on the road or at taxi ranks. Used to be the main firm for Livi but it seems less reliable now.  Being told that there's no taxis in the Livingston area and won't be for at least 45 minutes is brutal.  Try all the taxi firms, use all the apps and only cancel the ones you don't need when you have confirmation of your cabs arrival time.

Broke my toe and tried to get a taxi to hospital. After 4 attempts to use the automated address finder which cant understand a scottish accent or just doesnt work at all I got put through to a human being. they immediately hung up on me.

Called and it was answered eventually. Not ideal when your teenage stepdaughter is stranded and it's  going  to take you over 2 hours to get to where she is.

Wife booked taxi for 3:30 pm for her 3:45pm appointment  . Even when phoned at 4pm told they had been busy that day .. eh that’s why she booked a taxi early that day . Massive fail . Avoid if you need to get somewhere .

8pm and told no taxis this is 3rd time it has happened

Had a car available when most wouldn't, plus the driver was exceptionally lovely.  Will definitely use them again.

I got a taxi right away and called them right away to say I left gloves in the cab and wld put them in the office for me to pick up can’t fault them at all for there service either

Brillant service. Woman on the switch couldn't of been any more helpful.  Great company.
