Awful service on 2 consecutive nights. Friday we booked a pick up from Livingston Station 3 hours in advance to be told 10 minutes after booked time that they were trying to connect us to a driver. Tonight we called at 7.20 then were told the driver had come and we weren't there had been outside for 15 mins then he couldn't find it despite their automated booking service having the address stored. Trip cancelled, us late for a table booking and husband having to drive so we can't celebrate my birthday. Response from operator was to ask if I wanted another taxi or to carry on moaning. Not a single word of apology. Wish I could give minus stars
Booked taxi 24 hours in advance and company wouldn't respond as to why taxi didn't show up. Frikkin joke don't bother as taxi driver get more money doing a McDonald's delivery. And they wonder why taxi drivers are getting a bad name.
Terrible service! Beware!!! I pre-booked a cab for 6 am to catch a train. What do you expect from a pre-booking? A cab at your door at your time of booking, right? Not with these guys though. It starts searching for a cab at your time of booking! So their app started searching for a cab at 6 am! I waited for 10 mins, still no cab was found and cancelled my trip. I was almost missing my train. Since I had pre-paid, the money is gone as well - no refund. I tried to call them but their number only takes automated booking requests - no human being.
Arrived on time. Driver very good and polite. Nothing to difficult as I had to swap my destination twice.
Booked a taxi to airport for early flight. On arrival, I discovered I’d left my bag in the taxi….with all my holiday money. I phoned and the driver returned within 20 minutes with my bag. He didn’t want to take any money for this excellent service but I gave him something for his honesty. Taxi was a grey Corolla AG55 TAX. Thank you SO much!
I used this firm to go 2 journeys of 1.6 miles was charged £16:20 3.2 miles for £16:20 is SHOCKING
Booked a taxi at 10:30pm for a taxi at 12 midnight, 2 young girls were stuck outside for over an hour and half and didn't receive a taxi until 1:30am. Extremely dangerous to leave young girls outside for this amount of time. I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.
This used to be the best taxi service! Now it the worst of the worst! Alot of the taxi drivers are so rude and shouldn't be working the job they are doing! I had my first day at my new job today and this old man was so horrible he mad me so stressed and anxiety.... then took me to the shop to get my food came in 2 seconds after me collecting my items and said can I just pay him now so he can go get more work even although I was still giving him money! I've phone the company so many times and nothing ever gets done. I would never use the company again! For an extra couple of pound I would rather go to a different company and get better service!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This taxi company is by far the worst company I have ever used. Pre booking is pointless, prices are more expensive at the weekend? For what reason other than making more money as its busier, drivers are miserable, drivers bombard your phone as soon as they arrive no time to even lock the door before they drive away. The list goes on really. Shambles of a company
