Phoned up earlier today and although it’s a meter taxi still got the estimate of the price. Most fixed rate taxis for the same journey were the same price or almost the same so very fairly priced in that regard. Taxi arrived within 5 minutes and the driver was chatty & friendly. No complaints, perfect service, would recommend and use again.
I have used your company for a few weeks to take my kids to and from school.I called to rebook for the week.Was spoken to Very Rudley by JULIE.and then she hung upI.I wont be using your cabs ever again.Which is a shame as the guys that drive the taxis have been great. Sort your staff out taking the calls.Or you won't have any business.Manners are free and train your staff to be politeI have now had to use another Cab company due to this Customer score 0 Stress I don't need.
Very helpful, and kind. I've called in order to book a taxi and I get a taxi very quick, especially on the 1st of January. The driver was kind as well. I will recommend this company . Thank you for your service
Fantastic service. Booked taxi in the evening for the following morning, text updates received getting nearer to appointment time & driver Colin was there on time. Colin was great, very friendly & relaxed. Drive was around 45 minutes, very smooth and safe. Highly recommend this service and would not hesitate to use again.
Awful customer service. When I tried to explain why I wasn't able to get my taxi, they simply said "that's no my fault" very poor show
Would be 0 stars, guy was rude didn't wait 5 minutes for my wife to get ready.drove off, phoned the office lady was also totally unsupportive. Will never use again, now late for my night out
Ladies on the phone very polite and helpful, came rapid straight to my destination, the driver was great had a laugh, I would definitely recommend this company and will deffo be using them again when I'm through, big ty to you all
100000% recommend fair deal so much cheaper than the other company’s and the people who answer the phones are always spot on with there eta on drivers arriving I only started using fair deal a few weeks ago and I’m glad I’ve found them drivers are so helpful and will help as much as they can
