Last week I bought a car from West Lancs Motors. The service I received from Nigel was second to none. I was treated with courtesy & respect. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel & his brother Gary to my family & friends. Good solid traditional family business !!!!!!!Not easily found these days. Thank you both,especially for the unnessary trip you made to my home the day after I collected the car due to my stupidity. You know what I'm referring to. 😂

Very genuine, friendly and honest family run buisness, !!! Bought BMW 1 series, took home there was a problem with the car which was not known to them but fair play told me to bring the car back and they will put it right even went the extra mile to put a new clutch in, will defiantly be back in the future, lovely people and can’t be any more fair then they have been true to their words!!! Great service A+++

After having been to some dealers who seemed to resent the idea of selling anyone a car it was a delight to meet Gary and Nigel at West Lancs Motors. They were courteous, attentive (but not overly so) and went out of their way to treat us as valued customers. We're delighted with our purchase - a 2011 Berlingo - and although we hope it will be a while before we have to replace it, we'd gladly return to them to buy another car. Thanks again.
