Needed to get a bigger car and as I’d had a SEAT in the past, felt comfortable with visiting them again. Dealt with Terry Ruffles not to be confused with Truffles who was helpful and professional. He made the whole process simple and smooth and kept me updated regularly on the progress of the sale. On the day I collected the car the swap was easy and I came away wondering why everything in life didn’t go that well! I can honestly say that it has been the LEAST stressful thing I’ve done in a long while. Thank you Terry.
Johnsons SEAT Preston were great because the person I dealt with Dom went the extra mile to help me. I reserved the car from afar and requested to hold it there for a couple of weeks until I was able to collect, which they arranged. I came down by train to collect, and Dom picked me up from the station to bring me to the dealership. All questions I had were answered promptly via email or call and the options available to me were great. There was even enough fuel in the car to get me on my way. I highly recommend this dealership and appreciate all their help.

I wanted to buy a new car and I was looking for something different after many years of owning Ford Fiestas. I decided to take a look at the Seat Ibiza FR Sport so I went to Seat Johnson’s in Preston. From the first moment I met Dominic Wilson I found him to be personable and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all and left me and my wife to browse and discuss on our own. He was also very honest from the outset explaining that if we ordered a new car there would be a 6 month lead time due to the world shortage of micro chips. All the way through the buying process and the collection of the new car Dominic was excellent and kept me informed when there was something to report. Based on my experience with Dominic Wilson I would definitely recommend Seat Johnson Preston to other people. Thanks Dom….

This was the first time we have bought from a dealership and not a used card retailer, The experience was great, Mike was fantastic from start to finish, professional and friendly, he answered all our questions without issue and the process of buying was surprisingly simple. We test drove, paid our deposit and within a week the car was ready for handover. When I arrived for the handover Mike was with another customer however another member of staff was quickly hand to offer tea or coffee whilst I waited a few minutes. The handover was easy as pie and the car was immaculate. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure.
We had a really great experience buying our nearly new car from here. Our salesman was Graham and he was informative, friendly and helpful whilst still remaining professional and Covid aware - he even subtly reminded us to put our masks back on at one point. The process for test driving was very clear and we knew exactly what documents we needed to bring via a helpful and informative email prior to our booked appointment. The sales environment was Covid ready with clear guidelines on conduct, although there is no actual sign saying you need to wear a mask, but you are in a shop of sorts and disposable masks are available if you forget. The pre test drive instructions were clear and safely provided by Graham from outside the vehicle. We were able to travel a good distance in order to experience different driving conditions and did not feel rushed. There was no pressure or hard sale and the decision to buy was made easier as Graham had already checked out the buying options, part exchange value etc whilst we were on the test drive. We have been looking for a while and visited a number of other dealerships but this one was definitely the best and most enjoyable. In addition we were introduced to the service manager and able to talk through options for that. Definitely worth a visit.
Well where do i start what an absolute disgrace! This branch is an embarrassment to the rest in the North West speaking as an ex colleague, they simply do not care about there staff, the management are terrible, sacking staff if they have any problems instead of helping them, would never suggest anyone buying a car from these cowboys, AVOID!!!!! Something needs to be done ASAP they cannot carry on treating people this way. Do not even deserve a 1 star rating
