I have just bought my very first car, they were really helpful and explained everything too me, we were given plenty of time to test drive and to make my decision. The car was lovely and clean and had 2 new tyres fitted before I collected it. Made buying a car not scary!  would definitely go back for my next car. thank you

Gave them a ring and asked ‘What sort of warranty do you do?’, depends on the deal he said. I thought fair enough. ‘What’s your standard warranty on all cars them?’ Depends on the deal he said. ‘If I bought this car, for this much money, outright, what warranty would I get?’ Depends on the deal he said! I liked them already, the game of hard to get was intriguing! So I boded on down to the garage. It’s directly on a dual carriageway with no slip lane or parking. A quick handbrake turn and curbing it onto the cycle lane solves that problem. Clever though, they’re maximising profits by filling up the forecourt with cars instead of those silly customer conveniences like somewhere to park. Plus if you crash trying to get parked up, then you’ll need buy a car from them, genius! Next up the friendly guy in the office. I mentioned which car I’d seen online and asked if I could view it. He grunted, got up, unlocked it from the window and sat right back down. It was a Sunday to be fair, day of rest and all that. Car looked great just as described except… it was £350 more than what was advertised online on Autotrader. No problem, I’d only travelled 15 miles to view it on my day off. It was genuinely refreshing that the salesman didn’t come to hound us like Arnold Sharks for example but he seemed so uninterested he came across quite grumpy and rude. A middle ground of giving customers space but intuitively knowing when they require assistance and smiling occasionally would be my top tip for them.

Very fair people to deal with not pushy took our time good road test would recommend to family and friends. Wife likes her new car so I'm happy.

Quality used cars with excellent friendly service. No pushy salesmen and made finding and buying a car a pleasure. Would recommend
