It did take a while to be acknowledged by staff, I dont think it helps with the mezzanine level where staff have their backs to the show room. However, once staff had seen me the customer service was excellent. I was not pushed to make a decision and alternate options were offered to give a higer spec of vehicle to suit my needs. Test drove Thursday and collected Friday. Very happy with the car and the effort that was made to ensure the car was ready on tight timescales. Thank you James I love my new car!

Went to buy a new Kodiac this morning in response to a "Gold Ticket" invitation. I arrived on time the person I had an appointment with not available. Passed onto a lady who I felt was extremely unfriendly. She quoted me a price and when I took off the 15% discount on offer and the price offered for my car came to about £10500! I had told her that was the price I was prepared to pay. She returned from her superior and said that the price would be £11700. What a waste of my time!

Expensive and not competitive on price. Nice friendly staff and courtesy car was great. Needs to be more competitive price wise to compete with other car dealers around it.
