Very clean and tidy. Well run
If you are sick and need to see a doctor, or if you need to book in for a medical examination - steer clear of this place. Unhelpful, rude and gossipy receptionists that like to try their hand at diagnosing you over the phone. I’m horrified to see that I am not the only patient, but I am not surprised. Even discussing my husband and his medical issues - not with him but with ME over the phone! Is that not a breach of patient confidentiality? I don’t believe I ever signed a waiver so that you could discuss private medical information with anyone else but the patient in question. The final straw was being made to feel that I was an inconvenience for even daring to ask to see a doctor and then bringing up a past conversation to shame me. Shame on you all. Sounds like you all need to be trained in how to talk to your patients and be taught some compassion. Never had an issue with the doctors, but the reception staff need to be retrained and/or let go of.
GP thinks that Disability Discrimination is fine and put the phone down on me because I had a seizure during the phone consultation. Didn't even call back to see if I was. This is the equivalent of stepping over me and walking out of the room. I'm shocked and horrified that any Doctor thinks this is appropriate treatment of a seriously disabled patient.
They don't answer, 4 times in 1 week I've waited and got to number 1 in the que and waited over 15 minutes with it just ringing out.
Why even bother phoning phoning them Can't get a doctor to talk to They don't listen Just give you pills And my problems are worse Better off goining to hospital

Very rude unhelpful doctor I walked out
