This place is a joke been waiting 6 months to speak to Psychiatrist and it’s like the doctors don’t care about u been saying they will give me new meds on the phone because the ones I’m on aren’t working then put me on meds I was currently on that never worked, my mum alsto spoke to a doctor to write down about what’s wrong with me on my sick line and they never Aswell as that my I phone chemist and ask if my meds are there they say aye and a dono how many times iv went and had to go back to doctors cause they weren’t there I was told yesterday to phone early this morning if I want an appointment Acc stayed up all night to be up for 8:30 for this phone call been phoning for the first time a get a answers for her to say there no doctors and I can’t get an appointment because there to busy
It's so difficult to get through at 8.30 in the morning for an appointment then when you finally get through before 9am, all appointments are taken. Right now at 1.30pm on a Friday, I called to see if I can change my medication and apparently they're closed. I hope it's just for lunch.

I have been phoning since half past 8 and phoned about 20 times but been cut off and trying to get an appointment is so difficult
I had to post this. I have over the past 2 years seen Dr Gosh of Stevenston Group Practice walking at lunchtime between Stevenston and Saltcoats. I noticed that she was losing weight. To my great surprise I saw her last week JOGGING on the high Road from Saltcoats to Stevenston. As we were passing in our car my husband and I let out a massive cheer. What a transformation. How motivational is this. GO GO Gosh you are truly a great motivator. Well done, what an inspiration from a GP.
Can never get through then get cut off never seen as big a joke of a doctors surgery staff cheeky too do they even answer the phone 64 times this morning I've 3 times it's rung out and no answer don't think they take there duty of care seriously either that there the most unorganised doctors in Scotland the only way they take u serious enough to get back to is phone nhs 24 absolute joke and then when u phone after 9 0clock they will tell u all appointments are took and no doctor will get back to u
If you call from 8.30 onwards you'll get an appointment for that day. All staff are lovely x
Absolute shambles of a place
Place is a joke especially when they run 30 mins late at 20 past 9 in morning
