Dr Jamieson is one of the best doctors ive been under the care of. My partner and I were looking through for new practices but this is not a reflection of this man. Previous doctors Sharmour and Burnett looked after my family well and got to know them over the years so standards were set high. Sadly the practice let us down and a few issues with staff being rude or just getting through by 9am and zero chance of an arranged appointment. I wish the few gps here who are genuinely great at thier job, Ausie lad and Jaimieson and one or 2 others can put focus on patient experience from point of call and FINNALLY get a queue system for the phones and better training for those answering to be nicer and more sympathetic.
