I asked for appointment with receptionist at 0835 and was given one for 0900 with Dr Cree who was excellent and referred me to physio and for X-ray I have ALWAYS found the service excellent

Having been a patient since it's opening and the previous old practice I have had 1st class service from all the older retired now doctors and all but 1 of the younger present crop - unfortunately it's changed personnel and changed times - i personally feel it's too business like with little opportunity to build a doctor patient bond unlike the older retired doctors whom you were a friend then patient ! I also have experienced friendly receptionists and not so friendly and those whom seem to think they can determine what treatment you will receive without even consulting with a GP .speaking within the community I find the problems are not the GPS but a portion of the first contact and often those behind the scenes ! I have made one complaint recently and feel it was not dealt with serious nor with honesty and sadly I wanted to speak to a senior doctor instead of what I got ? I think changes are needed but consulting with the patients is paramount in moving forward..

More than willing to hand out antibiotics like sweets when they weren't willing to see people in person but aren't willing to offer help to a person who can't make a face to face appointment bevause of work.  Place needs burnt down.

Doctors never listen. Had my pain and symptoms completley dismissed. Had to literally beg for a scan because I knew something was wrong. They reluctantly agreed and when the results  came back as abnormal, they still refused to help. At a loss with these "doctors".

What a nightmare trying to see any doctor here!! good luck with trying to see your own, it seems to me it is GP's who are putting pressure on hospitals.

Absolute shambles of a NHS practice , gave my mother in law the run around when she was trying to get a prescription for my daughter who is severely ill , can’t tell there left from there rights

Good luck trying to get past the receptionists' seem to think that they are medically trained .

Never had a bad experience first class
