Great surgery - although recently been referred to a nurse practitioner rather than the doctors themselves - still these were extremely good and would never decline the offer of an appointment with one of them.

Never had an issue here....been registered here for 43 yr...Doctors and staff are hardworking....a lot of things are out of there control....GPs are overworked ...completing paperwork after 6 7 at night in there own time...there pushed to give u 5 minutes...Doctors I have had spend as long as it takes....the choice of doctors is great....u don't like 1 change to another.....always been given emergency appointment or a call from a nurse......these guys are not to blame for lack of appointments....more and more GP are leaving GP work because it's stressful underpaid....long long hours....the girls on desk are faced with cheeky ignorant people everyday ......I treat them with respect and appreciation....they always go the extra mile.....no complaints from me....great staff.....great doctors....

probably the best doctors surgery in Ayrshire. all the doctors, nurse practitioner, nurses and the reception staff are very helpful and understanding. in the 28 years that me and my family have been at the surgery, same day appointments have not been a problem. as long as you explain the situation in a orderly manner.

Great doctors usually get an appointment they could work it better though the system for emergency appointments tbh
