Great practice and staff. Always been able to get appointment with doctor. Very friendly and doctors i have seen make me feel at ease.
can never get through on the phone ,between 8am and 10am. 14 calls on the same day .reception staff are abrasive and couldn't care less. I finally got female doctor ,who spoke and explained my condition after 4 years..I agree with every bad review that I've read .waited on a cal back 3 days! its a disgrace !
Trying to get through for results, on speed dial from 10am to 1205, 56 calls! Eventually got through @ 5 past 12 to be told to phone back between 2& 4. If the reception at the practice is so busy, then maybe the telephone system should be reviewed, as the current system is totally inadequate!!
Stay away cant phone tĥem after 10 am even if u phone before then you just get given pills without seeing a doctor.
I've been with this practice for a few years now and find better than my previous surgery, mostly I get phone consultations where the doctors are friendly and willing to listen, receptionists are the first point of contact and are asking you relevant questions so as to connect you too the right person, they do a tough job! If you phone at 8.30 then you should expect it to be busy...remember your not the only one calling! These are hard times for everyone so a little respect goes a long way.
Every time I have phoned or visited the practice the receptionists have been sharp, uncooperative and basically rude. It’s as if I have interrupted a conversation they are having. I could understand this level of incompetence with an other line of work but in a medical practice when people are phoning or attending it is down to a concern of their health and well being. To be treated in the manner they think is sufficient in nothing short of shocking. Total disrespect to their patients.
Terrible customer service and business processes. If your unemployed, retired or free all day during day then you’ll be fine but if not you may struggle as they demand you call between certain times for certain things. Oh and if you order your prescription early by a few days they will just not fulfil it and not let you know hiding behind their processes and tell you it’s your responsibility. No reminder letters issued for routine tests etc. Night and day from good to bad from my old family practice up the Clyde a bit. Doctors are great when you see them but the admin and patient service side of things is truly terrible. We are humans please treat us with humanity not hostility.
Worst doctors surgery ever! Reception ladies are so rude. And they act like they are doctors and like there's nothing wrong with you. I can never get an appoinment with them if u call after 9 there's no appointments left if u try calling at half 8 they put u on hold and guess what.... No appointments and they say u should have called at half 8. Bare in mine the doctors I have got to see have been great other than using Google to help themself I could have done that at home it's there reception staff that are lazy and obv hate people. You will feel judged from the minute I walk through the front door!
Has a modern telephone triage system run by the GP's themselves, which seems weird at first. I get a phone back from a doctor before 10am whenever I phone for a problem. And if after the discussion we decide that I need to be seen in the surgery, I am always seen the same day. Once I'm at the surgery, reception staff are friendly and waiting room is comfortable and well-lit. Doctors are all competent and courteous. The surgery also has a team of 3 or 4 nurses who are also very good at their stuff! Premises is very clean, bathrooms are spacious and there's ample parking spaces outside. Would fully recommend registering here as a patient!
Totally useless, its a lottery to get an appointment of a receptionist who you feel like you have disturbed from there coffee. Can't book any normal appointments just emergency which means you have to say its an emergency or you will not get an appointment. Some of the docs are great but most won't even look at your records and twice they have tried to prescribed medication that I am allergic to.
