My girlfriend recommended this Company having used them previously, I thought she was mad seeing as we live in East Yorkshire! Dealt with Gary who was a top bloke, talked me through the finance, made sure I understood everything - signed up, got my car at a great price. I recently bought a car off West Kent Motors. From the very start I was made to feel completely at ease By Matt the sales representative . I felt at the time of my first telephone conversation Matt has a great deal of knowledge about the vehicles he sells , and can confirm after going up to have a look at the vehicle I was spot on with that assumption. Everything i was told on the phone was spot on . So I purchased the vehicle with out any hesitation at all. When I purchase a vehicle again in the future I will certainly be going back to this company . Thank you once again West Kent Motors
We sold our car to West Kent Motors. Gary and Matt were so friendly and super efficient with arranging a date to come and view that fitted in with our busy schedule. A quick and easy transaction with a fair price offered.
We were on our way home from viewing another vehicle elsewhere when we came across the Nissan Navara at west Kent. We stopped in on a whim and Gary and Matt were very welcoming and even though we had no appointment booked in allowed us to have a look around the truck, we test drove that day and bought it there and then. Very happy with the service, and very happy with our new truck! Thankyou
Over the moon with my new car from West Kent Motors, and can’t praise these guys enough. So lovely to meet genuine and passionate business men who made the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are after a new car!
Saw the car on AutoTrader and called to arrange appointment. Managed to get one for the following morning with Matt. Popped along, I was shown the car and Matt took me out for a test drive. I was rather nervous about driving due to my previous car dying in the middle of the M1 so Matt drove for me thank you!. Within an hour of arriving at West Kent Motors, I’d bought the car, sorted finance and was on my way home. Everything was managed very professionally, I never felt pressured to buy the car and everything Matt told me matched my understanding of the car plus all that had been told to me by a Toyota garage. By 5:30pm the car was ready and I collected it! I spotted a small issue with one wheel when I got home, called Matt who sent me to Tolgate Tyres the next morning and that was sorted out minutes after I arrived. Absolutely highly recommend this garage - I don’t need to be fed jazz hands information and Matt’s straight talking and friendly nature was very much appreciated. His colleague also had a bit of banter with me playing 3Lions as it was the Scotland v England match that evening and I’m Scottish! Thanks guys!
My Wife & I found the experience of buying our Ford Kuga from the West Kent Motor Group to be a very positive experience. Matt & Gary where both very patient, informative and friendly without the "Arthur Daily" style pushiness that you find with a lot of car dealers including some of the big main dealerships. The Kuga that they presented to us, was in superb condition, spotless and obviously well valeted and well cared for by it's previous owner. Again this was something that let down both Ford and Skoda main dealerships that we had also visited in our car search. I will update this review in 3 months when we have driven our Ford Kuga around the green lanes of Surrey for a while.
We arranged viewing for one van and bought 2! Quality of the vehicles were presented in A1 condition, exceptional service provided. We will back in the future to make more purchases for our business.
