Great place to buy a second hand car of great brand and quality. Prices are great compared to market value, people are very friendly and welcoming. If your buying a car its not a quick process so be prepared for it to take several hours. Plus to collect the extra documents you need to drive to another location, but all that is well worth it for the car you potentially buy!

I can't speak highly enough about the people that have dealt with us at Big Motoring World. My wife purchased a car just over a week ago and I nearly purchased one this evening but backed out at the last minute. We have been treated to some excellent service from Sam, Nikolai and Daniel over the past 2 weeks and Sam and Nikolai were especially patient with me this evening. The car sales business is all about hitting targets and often sales people can be under incredible pressure, however the kindness and patience that was shown to me this evening were 2nd to none. The young lady in the finance team was also especially kind and considerate and they all showed me great patience and understanding. I will definitely be back when I can be sure I've made up my mind and would like to thank this great team for their care and attention.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Everything about this dealership is dodgy heard some bad things about the dealership but thought why not give it a try and both experiences were huge mistakes. Today's was the worst first being told i will be able to drive my car away on the day repeatedly by the sales man and then only to be told by the manager this was not possible who shouted at the sales rep and got angry. Then another manager was bought in trying to fob me off and both sales man and manager were clearly annoyed and just wanted my money and didn't seem like they had any customer service skills. When I said I would come back tomorrow because they cannot release the vehicle tonight and would think of it the attitudes of both manager and sales rep turned very angry and no thank you or anything instead seemed very pissed off at me. The sales rep was also being very misleading on finance figures and on calculation was trying to give me wrong interest figures over the period of finance. When questioned still continued to argue they were right. Worst ever dealing with a company. If you want to be robbed blind go ahead. All they wanted me to do was leave a deposit and get me out because it was closing time. Very pushy on warranty although I insisted It was not needed. Better to pay a bit more elsewhere to get a solid service without the rubbish of these conmen

My partner and I went here twice and both times were unpleasant. The first time we had a salesman who made out he was only interested in people ready to purchase there and then. We gave them another go as we had spotted a car we liked. That salesman was quite professional. We offered to buy the car but wanted some discount as the brakes needed replacing. After talking to a condescending sales manager and a downright rude teenage site manager we were ready to leave without purchasing. Will not be back. Site manager only wanted to go and goggle at a Lamborghini that had arrived on site, no time for customers.

Staff were nice , service was poor The car we wanted had small mechanical issue which we were told was easy fixed and would be done for when we collected it. We kept asking had the work been done and was assured it was. It wasn't and we didn't know until all paperwork was completed We cancelled the sale but wasted 2 afternoons and will not be going back to this place
