I was after this really nice BMW 3 series they had in black and white, it had the body kit and all the extras. I was informed that it had been snapped up by someone pretty quickly, but two days later they backed out and I reserved the car. At first I was a bit hesitant thinking there will be something wrong with the car I'm sure.  But nope, it arrived, it was absolutely incredible, they even delivered it to me which was a 3 hour trip for the delivery driver, the exchange was super simple, everyone was helpful and friendly.  The overall experience was brilliant, Leanne Bentley who was the sales person was amazing at getting everything handled for me in good time too.  I would definitely recommend them, and will be going back again I'm sure if they have another beautiful car for sale in the future.

Just had my first car purchase from Prestige Cars Kent and from start to finish it was perfect. Joshua the salesman did exactly what he said he would do and Louisa on the handover was also excellent. Just got back and the X5 is stunning!  highly recommended

Travelled by train from Newcastle to London to buy a car in Jan. I've now sold the car. However whenever I had a warranty or customer service issue, Prestige cars Kent Customer care team have been great. Bethan from their after sales team is great and handles any issues promptly and regularly keeps you informed of progress. Valuable member of staff to the company.

Being a new in uk there were a lot doubts were in my mind to buy a new car. I visited 4-5 showrooms to gather informations. One day I found the car I was searching in Prestige Car Kent showroom and just give a call and spoke to a representative she quickly booked my appointment for next day on my requested time. When reached there I was not expecting such a wonderful staff, they showed the car to me & explained every detail of it as I told them it’s my first experience about PHEV car.  Sam was a wonderful representative, very well informed and with good communication skills.. answered my every question and book the time which suited me the best on my requirement.. After having a good meeting experience, I made my mind to go for it. They explained the whole procedure and quickly completed all the requirements. I heard with international licence it’s quite hard to buy a new car in UK but my that job done remarkably by Prestige Car Kent team specially Oshane Harris, Vikki Welch that I never felt any issue at any point until get my car key. I found them the best car dealers in London around.

Real positive experience with Prestige Cars Kent. Saw the car I wanted through a third party and sent my interest to them. Oshane rang me that day to go over a few details and make a fair offer of part exchange on my vehicle at the time. Deposit paid and a few days later I went to collect. Took a couple of hours to get all the paperwork done with Vikki while my p/x was checked over. A cup of coffee and I was on my way home. When I got home I noticed some minor improvements had been made over what the website photos had shown which I was rather pleased about so congrats to whoever thought that was a good idea. Deposit was returned as promised within a week. Overall, all very easy and straight forward and won't hesitate to return to PCK. Thanks guys

Prestige cars Kent is honestly the best car dealer I have ever used! Hopefully I can give them enough justice in this review, I change my cars quite frequently and I have dealt with the “leading German brands of car dealers”, but Prestige really does take this service to the NEXT level! I have major OCD and I really am picky and fussy and these guys/girls checked all the boxes! Where to start… My sales rep AK was next to none! Literally the star of the show, he arranged viewing and a test drive of the new RS3 literally same day of calling, sorted out the majority of the paperwork same day with plenty of options for me and honestly I doubt I would have purchased the car if it were not for him! The after sales team were helpful in completing the rest of the paperwork and completing my trade in, accounts were also very helpful to any queries, and my old finance deal was settled within 24hrs! The car condition on collection day was immaculate could not believe it was the same car, it looked great originally pre-purchase but they turned it around to perfect within 12 hrs!  Prestige cars Kent showroom and care and attention to customers really puts the “leading German dealers” to shame. I could not thank these guys enough from start to finish.

My wife and I purchased our car two days ago. The entire process was excellent. Aman was a good sales person; not pushy, listened to our requirement, didn't try hard sell the add on services. It was due to no sales push that we purchased the service packs in the end. He kept me up to date and fully informed throughout. On the handover, Megan was very friendly and helpful and we ended up purchasing ceramic coating as well. Excellent and very friendly manner from both them made our purchase a breeze.

Prestige Cars Kent bought my car off me and the whole process was smooth and efficient. They gave me a great price for my Audi S3. Despite me being 4 hours away from Kent, Prestige Cars arranged collection to suit myself, as I don’t work locally to home. Oliver was my collection driver and was lovely and explained everything to me and helped make for an efficient hand over. I would highly recommend Prestige Cars as a source of selling your vehicle, faultless. 5*.

The first time bought a car from prestige it was made very easy, they have great facilities and excellent customer care. I was looked after well by Luke Russell. They offer good deals and prices on service packages and extras like Williams ceramic coats.  If your looking for a high end/ sports car then this is the company to buy from. Great prices on cars and they give a main dealer service/experience.  As a returning customer I spoke with Luke again he arranged for my remaining services from my package  to be swapped onto my new car. The first time I used prestige it was made very easy but the SECOND time was just effortless I told Luke which car I was interested in he arranged for it to be prepared and book  the test drive. Loved it straight away so told him I wanted it, paid a deposit, and the rest of the process l didn’t even have to lift a finger for   Can’t rate them highly enough!

Sold my car to Prestige Cars Kent last week. They made it a really easy and stress-free process. Friendly people. Easy to do business with. Reassured me all through that they were not there to mess around on price and wouldn’t try to stitch me up like other companies do. They were true to their word. I would definitely sell to them again, and be happy to buy from them too though I have no experience of buying from them yet.
