Experienced and helpful staff, step free access would be helpful and toilets are barely cleaned twice a month!?
Good station, small yet simple. The ticket hall is small and has a run down feel to it, which is something I’d love to see renovated, but at platform level there are no complaints.
West Hampstead underground station have facility for ladies at platform
I grew up, and schooled here many years ago. It is a wonderful neighborhood!
