I'm not entirely sure why this train station wasn't appealing to me. Plenty stations have been renovated and redone to make it look modern and clean. I find this station looks a bit messy, small, the least appealing. I must admit it's my least favourite station in London. While waiting for my train there was a technical fault on their train timetable information on the information screen. Overall it should be renovated to make it look tidy and modern.
Surprisingly small compared to it's status on the Monopoly board! Station feels a bit soulless and doesn't have the buzz of other main London terminus. Being small does make it easy to get to the platforms. An okay range of shops and short walk to Baker Street tube for other connections.
The station has a glorious historical past, which makes it different than others. Most importantly the train connects different cities through this. There are many facilities available, like toilets, male, female, unisex baby changing, disabled. There are coffee shops and small retail shop too. The station is mostly clean. It is moderately busy apart from pick times. The train time display works fine, sometimes update a little late. Enjoy
Not the best station in London. Looks disorganized. Some renovations are needed to uplift. Some directions are confusing. The station is airy so you may feel cold in winter. It has a nice connection to Bicester Village.
Small cozy station. Clean and organised. Taxi rank just outside. A bit of the tube station. Nice shops inside, and one of the best pubs in London - V&A
Favourite station in London. Well run and staff are very helpful. Taxi easy to get and also collection and drop of easy from relatives. I always try to get my trains from this station. Toilets and area generally kept well and even a secure area for push bikes. Also love the fact I visited a station on monopoly board. Love the fact the traditional building on the outside remains
Marylebone includes Regent Park and Hyde Park. Very busy on weekdays. Not far away from London Paddington Station.
The station is fairly pretty, has a good selection of eateries & a good amount of services. The problem I had when I went most recently on the evening of 12/11 was that the station staff in general were not at all welcoming. The guy at the ticket barriers was very grumpy and quite intimidating. This stopped me from asking key questions. I understand this was at a busy time and it got quite hectic but please for the love of God, don't work in a customer service type job if you can't even be polite to people!
Lovely little train station serving Chiltern Railways. Much less busy than Paddington or Victoria. There's great open spaces and a Pret and M&S inside to pick up some snacks. Wasn't too busy when I was there and everyone was wearing a mask. Well ventilated as well.
I didn't like the toilet there and the woman who is working there was rude. But of course it's good to know that you can use the toilet there for free especially that the public toilets in London looks scary for the money you pay lol.
