The station is fine never have much issue here the same can not be said for the Thameslink train services which are consistently late. A strange thing does seem to occasionally happen here, where the ticket barriers mess up my ticket and cause it to stop working. No idea why, but takes longer than usual to come out then stops working.
Late trains. Too many people wearing masks under their chins. Some station staff oblivious to the concept of social distancing. Two stars because the premises seemed to be relatively clean.
A basic little station, with services to St Pancras. Ticket barriers are in operation, and the station is a short walk from the underground and overground stations.
Well connected station in Hampstead. Either in the main entrance as also platform one there a counter for enquires and tickets purchasing.
Pretty much ok.
Great little station with lift access... no qualms with it at all. Does what it says on the tin.
Ahmet is the worst advisor there. I got told I had to do a refund online when the train was 20 minutes late. Sort out your incompetent staff
