A year ago I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder height. Now I've just got back from a half hour swim doing front crawl, something I thought I might never do again. After dislocating my shoulder, I went to West 1 Physiotherapy. Its been a few months and I can gratefully say that my shoulder feels great again! Best Physio in London, especially Steve does a great job on rehab work!
