A year ago I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder height. Now I've just got back from a half hour swim doing front crawl, something I thought I might never do again. I'm thrilled to be able to swim again which is why I am writing the review. Can't recommend West1 Physio and Steve Hankin enough! Cheers
After dislocating my shoulder, I went to West 1 Physiotherapy. Its been a few months and I can gratefully say that my shoulder feels great again! Best Physio in London, especially Steve does a great job on rehab work!
