Many of the facial & body treatments at Therapy were created by Becca & the importance of the use of 100% natural & organic skin care, as opposed to harmful, chemical products, is fundamental to the Therapy philosophy.

Thorough training takes place with all staff to maintain high levels of client care & all therapists in all treatments.

Where to start? It is simply the best spa of South London. I have been their client since 2018, and I'd come for my treatments even if I lived in Manchester, Edinburgh, or the Isle of Man. Adele and Yeliz are superstars and experts in treatments, and they are the loveliest! The atmosphere is tranquil, peaceful, friendly, very professional, clean, and always accommodating. Many times, I had to reschedule a treatment, and they always found a spot for me.
I went to get an Eyebrow shape and tint with then, an Eylash tint. It's a lovely salon. My person was very nice and helpful with regards what l felt l needed. Super clean and great decor. However, for the very first time ever. She applied gauze to my lower lid and then back and forth on my Eyebrow. With products that was stinging and painful. Using a douching technique. I prefer to wipe eyes myself less painful and more effective. Also, she added a grey colour to my Eyebrow tint. With out telling me or getting my agreement. So lack of consent. I just wanted a plain light brown throughout. It was disappointing as l liked the person. The music was great dance tunes. Which l found a bit loud..l prefer a more pen, soft like calming background music. Only, l just haven't had this done Luke this before and paid about £50. I just need to find the right person for me. It's a shame as the person was nice and professional with lots of experience. Never mind.
Very friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Today, 24/07, I went for the third time for a sunbed, the lovely lady on reception remembered my name, and it had been over a week. Again, I had a lovely, warm welcome and a bit of friendly chit-chat.
They are not so professional, it is 10:15 and on the door it says it is opening at 10:00..all the lights are on inside and the receptionist clearly sees outside but doesn't bother to open the door.
Beautiful salon very welcoming. Me and my friends booked to have manicure and gell nails done today for our mother's day treat we absolutely love it, defenatly recomend this lovely salon , me and my friends will be back ,Thank you Adelle see you soon .ServicesManicure
I've had a range of treatments done and I have to recommend more people coming here and leaving a review, because the service and the atmosphere are amazing. The salon is beautiful with a great vibe. I love how Adele and Yeliz listened to my requirements of keeping it natural, and they were also super honest. They value quality and customer satisfaction over lying for the sake of making more money. I've done eyebrow shaping and tinting, a facial and a back massage. All done super well. Can't wait to try other services! And thank you
I have been here twice now and have to say this is a really great Salon. Lucia has done my treatments which have included a lash lift and tint and brow tint and shape. Both times she has been amazing and I am really happy with the results. They are very friendly here and instantly put you at ease when you are feeling anxious at trying a new Salon. Would definitely reccomend.

I originally used to commute to HB Therapy in East Dulwich. I’m so happy that they’ve opened a branch in Forest Hill which is personally easier to get to. The salon is beautiful, clean and super welcoming. Adele did a Hollywood wax for me and was friendly and efficient. Thank you!
Good value for money and professional service. I feel valued by the staff here, respected and listened too. Foresthill station is a short walk away and bus stop close by as well if you have to use public transport.
