I have been doing laser hair removal at Beauty on the Spot for a couple of months now and the experience has been nothing but amazing! Dee is always so lovely and has the best energy. I booked a pedicure for my mum and myself, and the service was absolutely amazing!! The ladies were kind, professional and so so friendly. They really made us feel at home  and my mum truly enjoyed her first professional pedicure. I would definitely recommend the service, especially the foot massage!!! I go to Beauty on the spot for my monthly pedicures. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Dee makes you feel welcomed, warm and comfortable in the shop. You are offered a glass of water, complimentary tea/coffee and a biscuit too! Dee really pays attention to the little things. My feet are always taken care of and the service is wonderful. I booked on Treatwell same day, I went in and they said Treatwell doesn’t sink with their computer so I had to come back 4 hrs later when they were free. A bit annoying but not a huge drama as I love locally. The woman doing my nails was SO lovely, the woman working the front desk was also great! I genuinely really enjoyed my experience here! My only issue is the quality of manicure. I got normal polish and they put 3 layers on so it honestly took ages to dry. Not a huge drama but about two days after my manicure and pedicure started to bubble? I’ve never experienced this before getting my nails done so I’m not sure why but all of my finger and toe nails have little bubbles all over them. Bit disappointed as I really loved the place. I would maybe go back and try again and get gel done instead.

I take my mum to this clinic for her appointments and we're always leaving with a smile! Dee, she's amazing and makes you feel comfortable. She answers all your questions and is super helpful.

For your safety, stay away. They injected me with any unknown product which to this day they refuse to disclose, never made me sign any forms, they took more than £500 and refuse to refund me for the service I paid upfront. Note I paid for profhilo but they simply used a cheap off brand without my knowledge not consent. You can’t imagine the distress I still am in, I’m suffering from so much stress. Avoid at all cost. Unqualified and untrained. Liars and thieves. Stay away.

I've been going to Beauty on the Spot for the past several months and it's always been an amazing experience. Dee is such a kind, lovely, and experienced esthetician. I had a massage and facial with Silvia and I left feeling relaxed and reconnected. It was a lovely small salon, clean and calm with a warm welcome. I felt cared for and it was clear Silvia really knew what she was doing. Will be recommending to local friends and family. Worth noting that their prices are no more expensive than on Groupon so book direct and support local business!
