My individually tailored holistic massages use a variety of techniques including deep-tissue muscle manipulation to release tension & increase flexibility, leaving you feeling restored and ready to face life’s challenges.

I also offer hot stone massage, and can offer medical acupuncture as part of your holistic therapy session.

John’s professionalism and warm friendly nature made me feel completely at ease and in safe hands. John seems very knowledgeable, and will find muscles you didn’t know you had.  One of the better massages I’ve experienced. I will definitely visit John again next time I’m in London.

John was great. I never had a sports massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it felt great for my back. Very professional treatment with full explanations and follow-up suggestions.
