I have to be honest, I went in with trepidation of how I was going to be treated, but left satisfied with the service I received, and pleased with the outcome! Having ordered a part from the parts department yesterday, collection was prompt, polite and friendly. Then booking my car in for the airbag recall, which was again, friendly and painless, as well as arranged for a really convenient time for me! Thanks to all, see you in 3weeks!

I have bought 2 Leaves from Wessex. I have dealt with numerous staff members. Always polite, accomodating and patient. With buying an EV, they are very knowledgeable and given me the correct facts. For example, range on the leaf was correctly explained. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Josh Gibbs when I purchased my new car. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy with the sale. He kept me informed with what was happening at every stage. The whole process was easy and simple. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wessex and would send everyone to see Josh. He was a real pleasure to deal with.

Helpful enough but not a great selection of the car we wanted in stock. Very effecient when they have your car for servicing though based on past experience.
