Our experience of buying the Car from M Cars Cardiff was fantastic! Dave went above and beyond to provide us excellent customer service. Jason and Dave has been very genuine and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and we will recommend M Cars to our friends and family.
Spoke to M Cars on phone, they assured me that the car I was interested in was a good buy. I travelled to Cardiff on the bus from Brecon, the man from M Cars met me off the bus and took me to their garage, plenty of cars, all prices, plenty of choices. Genuine people, good service, we filled in the paperwork, and I drove back home, happily in a great buy. Thanks M Cars.
Purchased a car from them, which I drove from Bristol to collect it. I was promised that it had a full check over on it to make sure it was all in safe working order. However once I returned home after driving nearly 2 hours. I noticed that the main beam bulb was out, which they said was not their fault and it could have happend anytime. This then raised some suspicion for me so I then went to get a full service done in which £300 worth of problems on the car arrised, which they promised there wasn’t nothing wrong with it and then refused to even pay half towards it even tho the owner was mentioning to me he was not short of money. In conclusion I would recommend them, however be very careful when purchasing make sure to get a full check done yourself first.
Bought a Peugeot 307 sw 6 days later engine problems. I took it to Peugeot was told internal head fault. Spoke to M Cars Jason was very aggressive and i challenged his maner and he told me its is business he can talk to me oh anyone as he wish. In a nut shell paid £2000 for a car i cant drive after 6 days waiting to go to small claims court. This is a cowboy outfit with NO after sales beware and AVOID AVOID.. unless you have money to waste. You might be lucky but if you get problems they will ignore you. so stear clear from this back steet garage you have been warned. I have to let the courts deal with it. I had the old chest nut wear and tear i cant stress how bad if i could rate tgem out of 10 1 being very very bad then it would be a 0 thays how bad they are. Dave and jason sold me the world when i bought it but 6 days later it was 2 fingers you have been warned. BAD BAD BAD Cowboy outfit.
Don't give them any deposit to book a car, try it first. I tried the car and i was not happy with it. Funny noises, rust, etc. Ask for a refund and he refused. I wish I had read the other messages before traveling 3hrs to Cardiff. I would avoid this garage if I were you
Selling dodgy cars. Salesman said that he will service the car and change the battery before I pick it up. 20 days later car won't start because battery is completely dead. M Cars wan't to hear nothing of it as it is "wear and tear". Garage who changed the battery said that it was the original one in and said I should have checked before driving off.
Recently we bought a car off m cars which we had to return...our problems and concerns were dealt with immediately and professionally and always with our best interests at heart...we ended up with a new car and are very happy with it....we would like to thank m cars for their help and good service and would recommend them to anyone...S.Fisher K.Fisher
If I could have scored this 0 out of 5 I would have, i work for a recovery firm and was taking a car back to them that had an on going gearbox problem, when the owner of m-cars came out and told me to take it to another dealer to have the work done to it, as my instructions were to recover the car to m-car's i was not able to take it else where, and because he didn't like the answer he decided to tell me how he wanted to "smash me in the face", so I rang the police as people shouldn't have to put up with this sort of behaviour from a bully like him, If he can treat me, someone just doing there job in this way just think how he will treat you after he has your money, AVOID !!
Staff very knowledgeable. Gave us a very good part exchange. Good clean cars reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
