Motorline Maserati Cardiff

A good dealer with plenty of luxury cars on offer. Friendly staff and helpful, however? Not exactly perfect customer service (e.g., no offer of a cup of tea); which one would expect in a dealer with cars in excess of £50K Apart from that? It was okay.

Waw, Having looked at the Jaguar, Range Rover Velar and Lexus, We Called into Motorline Maserati Cardiff ( Sat down with Gabriel ) within a week my new 2018 Ghibli in white arrived. Dealing with these guys, even my Nike air trainers and shell suit bottoms, did nt put them off. From that cup of tea, ( With saucers may i say ) to picking out the added extras, I will say, all the staff at Cardiff were Great. The car is stunning, the drive is owesome, and sounds nice too. Fantastic customer service from the first minute to the last. I was keen on purchasing a Maserati for my next car and booked in a session with Gabriel. I was arriving by train as lived in Bristol and was picked up from the station (in a Maserati!) and taken to the showroom. Here I was patiently introduced to all the different types of Maseratis on offer before test driving 3-4 different ones and finally deciding on the Ghibli. Gabriel was fantastic -patient throughout, very knowledgeable and not pressurising in any way. He even did his best to get the greatest deal for myself in keeping with my budget requirements. Cannot fault this place in the slightest and will be returning back in years to come. Previously owned a Bentley and the customer service just does not match up to this. Dr. Saurabh Srivastava

I Had Superb Service Throughout with Motorline Maserati Cardiff. They Have An Extremely Professional Team, Who are Very Personable and Genuinely Interested in the Brand. I Would Say it Was The Best Experience I have Had Taking My Car in for a Service. I Have Genuinely Used Many of the Other High End Brand but Motorline were a Cut Above the Other Dealers. Many Thanks and I Look Forward to Using Yourselves Again.
