Recently bought a car from Vale Car Sales. What a great experience. Very relaxed, no pressure and just great guys with great cars. I took advantage of the reserve a car option as I live over 60 miles away and they detailed everything in writing so I had confirmation. I have had a bad experience in the past with a car supermarket where I was pressurised into leaving a deposit and promised the world. This was the complete opposite. I can not fault this garage, these guys or the service. Buy from them you wont be disappointed.

I bought a car from this garage in January 2018 and I must say every aspect was incredible.

They were very knowledgable and allowed me to look at the car and paperwork at my leisure. I had a slight issue with a short MOT that the car had and when I mentioned that it was short (4 months) they offered to put at brand new one on there at their cost.

I have been really happy with the car and treatment I have received. Used car dealers can be hit and miss in my opinion but the guys at vale car sales were incredible.

I definitely would and will buy another car from these guys and have recommended them to everyone.

Dear Vale Car Sales
I am a hard man to please but you went over and above as far as I'm concerned. The video was great but for you to do another one of the interior especially and show the me the convertible roof operation well that was over and above. Plus that cup of coffee was a nice touch too. I just wish I had brought your boys a bottle of wine now.

Brilliant experience. Really relaxed and I'm really happy with every aspect. I had narrowed my car searching down to two cars that were at vale car sales but I'm so indecisive so didn't know what one to pick. I was allowed to look at both on my own with no pressure and I think that made all the difference.

Excellent service, not pushy, let me take my own time to decide, and I came away with a lovely new car, well worth visiting this place!
