I was recommended to try Carshop by two people. It’s never easy buying a car these days with so many options it’s not easy knowing who to trust. I was first supported by Beth Green in Sales who was new to the role but did an amazing job of looking after me. She has a lovely manner about her and listened a lot to my needs when we started the search. I knew the minute I sat in the SEAT car it was the right one for me. Kyle Smith took me through the finance options and was not only professional in his approach but came across as patient, caring and friendly. His knowledge and attention to detail was second to none. Kyle really is an asset to the business. The final handover was expertly managed by Beth James, I think!. I was dreading the decision making and purchase process but these three employees made it all such an easy and pleasant experience, and I left feeling a valued customer. I’m absolutely thrilled with my car. Let’s hope the maintenance dept live up to the high standards set by this team.

Visited Car Shop Cardiff Branch on a Friday afternoon looking for a specific car that I needed before the weekend. Although they didn’t have the car I wanted and they tried everything to get it delivered as an emergency, they took the time to fact find what I actually needed and did a fantastic job of showing me alternatives that I could drive away in the same day. Tyler was absolutely amazing! I’ve worked worldwide for over 20 years heading up teams that provide customer support and must say his customer service was one of the best I’ve seen. He was professional, politely chatty, not pushy whatsoever and went above and beyond to help. The buying area was well managed and overseen I think by Jake. Although it seemed quite busy he continuously went around to different customers and colleagues offering help advice. He even came over at the end of the day we were there til late to say thanks for choosing them and hope we enjoy the new car. You’re passed through different areas as part of the purchasing process finding a car, signing/payment, collection and the entire customer journey offers a consistently high service, they operate like a well oiled machine. Deep I think was his name arranged the paperwork and highlighted the extra services that were available. Again he wasn’t pushy at all but still explained all the benefits. From entering with a warm welcome to leaving with a new car, I can’t really fault it. I was told the car wasn’t due for service until next year, but it’s actually due in 2 months so hoping they’re still able to honour this : As I said, we went in late on a Friday afternoon and that entire place came together and worked hard to ensure I left with a car I’d be happy with even a last minute MOT!. Total experts, professional, empathetic and serve great coffee! 100% recommended them and will have confidence using them in the future.

The whole experience of buying a car has been so smooth and everyone involved was super helpful. When we found a car we liked online we were helped and guided through the process by the lovely Keeley, who was an absolute gem when we had questions! At the showroom, we were looked after by Darius. Again, he was fantastic and really personable. Talked us through everything and made sure we were happy with the car, not just trying to push a sale. We are driving away with a fab car and aftercare so feel we will be looked after for the whole time we own the car.

Was a bit apprehensive going but had a great experience. Nathaniel was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were helpful. I had a great part exchange deal, wasn't pushed into buying anything I didn't want and the car is great. I will definitely be going back for my next car.

I came to carshop to get an idea for my next car and saw one I loved. The sales assistant Betty couldn’t help enough! She was able to provide me with the key and gave me a full tour of the car with very good knowledge. I was able to take the car for a test drive which was an easy and simple process and had no pressure for anything. Once I returned we sat down and worked out the figures which again Betty made such an easy process. She stayed with me for the duration of my purchase but I never felt pressured into a decision which other garages make you feel. I would 100% ask her for assistance again.

Looked around lots of cars and found one that I loved and that was right for me straight away at car shop. I payed to reserve the car to view it. When I went to view it I was given the keys straight away to see the condition of the car inside and out and the staff were super friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and had a great knowledge on the car and helped me feel really well informed during the whole process. I decided to buy the car and had a great meeting with buisness manager Les who has to be the friendliest person I have met and answered any questions that I had. If you go to car shop I would highly recommend Les and you would be in good hands!

Fantastic. Wasn’t necessarily going to take a car home today, but we were found the perfect car for us. We had lots of demands and needs, all of which were listened to and met. Kips from Cardiff was incredible. Helpful, patient and fun to be around. A lovely experience- and the free coffees went down well!

Great service from the sales team during my recent experience at Carshop Cardiff. Liam helped in the showroom/on the test drive and was knowledgeable, comprehensive and very attentive and reassuring with all of my queries and concerns. Liam business manager kept me well informed/updated every step of the way even beyond the vehicle collection. Thank you both for taking an informative, friendly and professional approach as well as a sincere manner in ensuring I was happy with my decisions along the way.

This place was recommended to us by a friend. My husband and l just went there to have a look around. We met Kips who gave us a warm welcome on arrival. After we told him what we were looking for, he started searching for us and found exactly what we were looking for. He then took us for a test drive and l was very happy with the car. And that is it, we bought the car! Kips also explained to us about financing the car which made it much easier for us to purchase the car. A big thanks to Kips from us. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Tyler at car shop was absolutely amazing. I cannot put into works how at ease he made me feel when purchasing my dream car. I truly believe this young gentlemen will excel in his sales career. He is an asset to this company and I would not have wanted to deal with anyone else. I will be back with my partner and he was that good, I would want him again.
