This place was absolutely wonderful! The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, spotless, and provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of town life, while still being close enough to enjoy the beach and other attractions. An amazing discovery!

Delightful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. Warmest of welcomes from Lynne and Stephen. Lovely spacious and well-appointed rooms , super breakfasts for hungry cyclists six of us!. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended on all counts and we hope to stay again!

Had a fabulous 2 night stay b&b, Stephen and Lynne are wonderful hosts. Breakfast is superb. The Parlour is a lovely room to stay in with a gorgeous bathroom, thoroughly recommend as a perfect spot for a short stay or longer. Loved it so much when we got home called to book another stay in October.
Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a very warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious and location perfect for getting away from town life but close enough for the beach and other sightseeing if needed. A great find.Rooms: 5/5
A beautiful B&B. A warm friendly welcome from Stephen and Lynne, the owners. Rooms were definitely 5 star standard and breakfast was amazing. We felt right at home. If you are going to Norfolk stay here
This fabulous B&B is Excellent. The owners couldnt be more helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend Stephen's cooked breakfast, great locally sourced food that will set you up for the day ahead. Great location just off the main A148... The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with all the facilities you would expect to find in a quality, family run business. Well done guys and thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Jex Farm. The host family was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room, bed and all the amenities were clean and comfortable. We were in the UK for six weeks and Jex Farm is one of our favorite memories. Thanks so much for everything.
