Ridiculous service doesn't deserve a 1*... nobody EVER answers the phone, times that you can phone for appointments is useless for full time employed people... Will be moving from this practice as been trying to get a appointment for a few months... oh & if you go to practice the receptionists CANT make appointments for you??? You need to phone....?????

Doctors/Nurses are good. Trying to get an appointment via the phone is a complete nightmare. Phone operators are abrupt. I'd rather wait until I was bad enough to go to hospital!
