Absolute nightmare to get an appointment unless your prepared to call 200+ times at 8am. Don't think I've had one friendly interaction with the receptionists either. Been going here my full life because of Dr Helen Johnstone but think it's finally time to move on as nothing seems to get done. Appalling service!

Excellent doctors. Appointment system s bit mad.

Find it almost impossible to book an appointment as the receptionists don't pick up the phone in under 30 minutes.
