I have been visiting the clinic routinely for almost a year now. Have always had problems with my feet and since seeing Karen the difference is night and day. Couldnt recommend the clinic enough, karen and the staff are always so lovely and welcoming. The treatments are great and reasonably priced! I never have any problems with my feet now and they always feel amazing afterwards! Highly recommend
Can’t recommend highly enough! I booked an appointment to have an injury that was causing me a lot pain looked at. Very easy process to make an appointment online and great availability. I was treated by Karen, who was excellent, and sorted my issue with ease. Karen was very informative and gave me plenty of advice for treatment/care moving forward. Like I said, I can’t recommend highly enough.
Been visiting this clinic religiously for the past 3 years and had numerous procedures done with no issue or problem, in fact the service from everyone involved has been nothing but first class. Finally plucked up the courage to go for a full nail removal and the team were brilliant, made me feel very relaxed, made sure I felt ok before during and after the procedure and the aftercare and follow up appointments ever since has been top notch as always. Always made to feel welcome and the staff can’t do enough for you from the minute you walk through the door. Won’t let anyone else ever touch my feet again!
what a lovely experience, the clinic is very clean & spacious compared to the 'cupboard' I used to attend with a previous chiropodist. You actually feel relaxed because of the ambience of the room & Karen is lovely, very professional even when she's giving you a telling off!. I need to keep going back for a few appointments but I am seeing the benefit already. Can't recommend the clinic highly enough, I've told so many friends, family & work colleagues now I hope I can still get an appointment when I need one...
I really don't like posting negative reviews... service has to be really unreasonable to prompt this response. I have previously visited Coatbridge foot clinic with my young daughter for treatment on an ingrown toenail, the work has been satisfactory and as it's an ongoing condition generally lasts until the next time treatment is required. However, my daughter attended her appointment on the 4th Nov and a week later complained that her toe was still red, swollen and causing pain. I immediately called for a new appointment and received their first available appointment which was 19th Nov. My daughter received more treatment and the podiatrist Rebecca said that more of the nail was ingrown and needed removed. I was charged £45 for each appointment however in retrospect and with every person I discussed this with saying..I should NOT have been charged for this 2nd appointment, as the procedure was not completed properly in the first instance, I called to query. Nonsense reply that my 12year old daughter's nail had ingrown again in this short time. I don't mind spending money for a good service but believe this to be a mistake made by Coatbridge foot clinic that I am having to pay for. Will choose another podiatrist next time with better customer service. In response to your Reply...if I paid a dentist, who are also medical professionals that charge on an appointment basis, for a filling which wasn't satisfactory and needed redoing a week later ... I wouldn't be charged. As it's obviously not been treated properly in the first place. Also, you state I can talk to you about it privately yet you " stand by" your original decision, not much point discussing it with your staff then.. since you didn't deem it important enough to respond yourself... I'm not sure what problems we could have caused "between treatments" to cause her toenail to grow inward so quickly... just followed the advice.
I had two ingrown nails for over 10 years and used to manage them myself every month. One day I realised enough was enough as the pain was unbareable and the skin so sore to touch. I was petrified to get anything done but I read around and found Coatbridge Foot Clinic through Facebook. I read through all of the reviews and immediately booked a consultation. I met Rebecca who was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel so relaxed and talked me through all the options available. I then went back to get the procedure done. Rebecca was brilliant, made me feel really relaxed about having to have 4 injections and talked to me through the whole procedure, it was so relaxing and took away any anxiety I had. Once I had the anaesthetic, I didn't feel any pain and was prepared for the next steps. I went back for a redressing and then another redressing, where I got to meet Karen. Karen was so so lovely and talked me through how my toes were doing and talked me through managing the healjng process at home before my next check up. I've just had my last appointment with Karen and I'm actually a bit gutted I don't need to go back as both Rebecca and Karen were amazing. I would highly recommend Coatbridge Foot Clinic, especially if you are feeling nervous or apprehensive about getting a foot issue looked at. They are so relaxing and friendly. My only regret is I didn't get my toes done sooner!
Was given a birthday voucher for a medi pedi and it was a wonderful experience. Didn't really think I needed it, I was so wrong! Hard skin, thickening nails all dealt with very gently and will definitely do my follow-up visits and follow the advice given on self care. I am one of those 'don't touch my feet' people but it was honestly really good, with bonus of a foot massage which was blissfell asleep Voucher is a great idea for a gift.
Been having problems with my feet for a long time due to a not so glowing football career. 1 visit to the clinic and my toes are pain free. Great service, great price and great work by Karen.
My son was in today to get an ingrown toenail removed and was very nervous to say the least, Karen was super patient with him and kept him calm and explained everything to him so he knew what to expect. Highly recommend x
