Dr Ashley is a credit to the practice... what a fantastic doctor... I never go to the doctors but I was really ill.. found out I got pneumonia... he talked me through everything and even made me laugh when I really wasn't feeling well.. what a fantastic doctor... I have had a bad experience with a doctor at the sane surgery.. an older Asian man... who was horrendous. Dr Ashley was amazing .

Every time I go to this practice, I’m disgusted the way I’m spoken to my DR S R AGRAWAL , he has no idea of good patient care, and is answer for everything is “what do you want me to do about it”, there’s been times where he hadn’t even examined me or anything and just fobbed me off with a prescription. On one occasion I had my 6 year with me and he was “bloody this and bloody that” I’ve no idea how he gets to even practice .

Every receptionist is rude and miserable Drs are always different worst Drs I've ever had,told us our 1 year old twins was fine then took to hospital to fimd out had ear and chest infection....useless

Yesterday Tuesday 18th april 2017 I took my 5 week old daughter for an appointment at 16:30 they were running late which isn’t a problem as that’s a usual thing for that surgery but when I got to see a doctor 17:10 in room 3 which was with Dr .S.R .Agrawal , I said “good afternoon” to DR Agrawal to which he replied “yes what can I do for you” I explained to him I had concerns about my daughter which was a large red rash going from one side of her face to the other side he said “ that is ok it’s just a rash what else do you want ?” very abruptly he spoke to me as if I had problems understanding what he was saying being very condescending he wouldn’t let me get a word in. I then said “ I have another concern there was blood in my daughter’s stool” he replied “it’s normal your baby is clearing herself out” so I said “are you sure ? I was just concerned but as long as sure” then he got angry and said “ what do you want do you want it printed and stamped on gold paper “ then he turned his back on me stopped talking to me as a sign for to go so I left the room. I understand that everyone is human and he may have been having a bad day or the previous patient may have upset him but for him to use me and my daughter as an emotional punch bag
