SWAP YOUR GP! I went into the Practise today with a vaccine form as I found out I need some jabs to go abroad to work, (only found out I needed them Friday). I handed the receptionist the form, and she had a peak like she was looking at a deck of cards in Poker and said, "You should have given this in 8 weeks ago". 1) I didn't know I was going away 8 weeks ago 2) I only found out four days ago I need a vaccine So she started talking to herself as I stood there and she kept me, and a queue waiting. Before announcing, "We didn't stock them". Initially what came to mind was: "Well I didn't think this was Blockbusters love and you might keep some in the back". So she told me she would hand it to a nurse on Wednesday after five minutes. Although that just contradicts the whole timeliness of the form she ranted to me about. Also I think for a receptionist to take up an attitude with a patient, as well as speak in a tone that made me feel like I was back at school was inappropriate and unprofessional. It's a shame as my doctor is phenomenal but I will no longer return as she is the face and the first person I see of the surgery, and if that's the greeting I get every time, I'd rather go elsewhere, or better still, just take a paracetamol and hope for the best.

I have been going to this Drs for many many years and I have never had a problem, however the receptionist can be rather rude sometimes. One time a receptionist shouted my problems out at me do other people waiting heard everything, also trying to get in contact over the phone is just stupid !!!!

Do not use this surgery. I wouldn't even give this doctors surgery 1 star. There are two doctors there, One of the two is terrible. I told him how I had been ill for two weeks and obviously it's so hard to get an appointment at that surgery he began to argue with me and became very unprofessional stating that I was wrong and he was sick of hearing about the wait for appointments. I told him I didn't like how he was speaking to me and left the surgery in tears, complained and asked to see the other doctor. This man should not be a doctor he has zero kindness or compassion inside him and lacks profffesional behaviour an embarrassment to the NHS and doctors worldwide.

Dr Mehta is rude, arrogant and down right patronising. Talks about totally uneccessary things and then tells you that you're a liar and not to come back here when he hears something he doesn't like. Surgery is not what it used to be and I have been going there for almost 26 years along with my family members. I do have to say I can't fault Dr Saini. He's the best out the two without a doubt. The appointment waiting time is ridiculous though. Had to wait almost two weeks for an appointment for my daughter who isn't even 1 yet which is terrible.

152 phone calls, got through twice placed on hold twice for 18 mins each time and then cut off twice!I wanted to complain but apparently the practice manager only works on a Friday!!demanded to speak to someone in charge and ended up speaking to Dr Mehta who was rude and not even prepared to hear my complaint!! Useless staff useless management should be closed down for lack of care!!
