I don’t think there are enough characters in this review box for me to clearly express my gratitude and appreciation for Dr Mudigonda. He is the most caring and thorough practitioner and I am truly so grateful that his is my GP. He goes above and beyond each time I have an appointment and he effortlessly makes me feel like a human being, not just another number, giving me time and really listening to what I have to discuss. He has supported me through health issues on numerous occasions and has never given up until we have gotten answers, most of the time under the most challenging circumstances.
Despite the current climate and stress the doctors and staff at the surgery face, I can always get an appointment for my young one same day if not next day. Dr Mudigonda and other members of the surgery listen and really take into account every factor to ensure that the right treatment is provided. I can honestly say for what the practice does for myself and my family, a review seems unfair for what I get in return. Keep up the good work
I have been with Dr V Mudigonda and his practice for a number of years now. During my appointments, the staff have always made me feel they understood my concerns and showed genuine empathy. Their expertise and willingness to discuss my situation till they are comfortable that I have understood what is going on, has always made me feel I have been thoroughly looked after. Their medical knowledge will always amaze me in how clear they have diagnosed my symptoms and how prompt they are on follow ups. The Reception staff have always answered my queries and greeted me with a smile in person or with a pleasant tone on the phone. During COVID, despite not being able to go into the surgery, both Reception and Medical staff continued to take my needs seriously and were clear in their explanations of the new process and ensured I was comfortable with it. The Surgery has a very warm feel because of all the staff. I have and continue to recommend them to many friends and relatives.
really bad these days if you can even manage to get passed the receptionists good luck with that lol the appointments they give can be anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks away plenty of time to get worse and more than likely drop dead before seeing a dr.
I became a patient at this practice 3months ago, and I am very pleased with the service I have received. All the staff and and the doctors and nurse I have seen are polite and helpful. I have no problem making appointments, and I am very grateful to everyone there. Thankyou.
I have been a patient at Dr. Mudigonda's practice for 14 years and have always received excellent service. All the staff are polite, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Mudigonda is a lovely man who has always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
Having been a patient myself since i was born and now using the same practice for my little family, we have had many great experiences at Bilston Health Centre. Dr Mudigonda is a brilliant doctor who is always willing to listen and help you with your medical concerns. Having two children who have also suffered from febrile convulsions, its good to know you have a good group of doctors there on hand to help. Would highly recommend this practice to other people who are looking for doctors who care and are willing to go the extra mile for you. Thanks ever so much to all who make this practice a success!!
Doctor Mudigonda is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having.He’s the best ever! He has really Never rushed, always willing to listen and so smart. I can’t imagine going to anyone else. His staff are amazing too.
Have been with these doctors for years always very helpful to my family. Will always try to accommodate appointments. Reception ladies lovely too when had dealing with them on phone and in person. Have been very professional polite courteous with any medical appointments both on phone and in person. Best doctors I ever had for myself and family members.. Dr mudigonda, Rita have been excellent in last few months offered myself lots of support both in person and on the phone. Would definitely recommend this doctors practice.
I've been with Doctor Mudigonda ever since the Health Centre first opened. All of the staff are professional, understanding and accommodating when I have had to make appointments. I've had a life threatening condition and if it hadn't have been for the decision made by Doctor Mudigonda Senior, I may not be here today. Doctor V Mudigonda is a fab GP - caring, listens and is never dismissive - so supportive and has been thorough when dealing with any medical issues that I've had. It's easy to complain than to compliment- Doctor V - a credit to himself, GPs and the NHS - thank you!
