I have called 3 times know at 8am for an hour trying to make an appointment for my daughter to be told they are all booked up or need to call all saints surgery, what happened to the merge with all other surgery? surely to inform your patients on changes would be great, Day 4 and still no appointment.
Very poor experience, was booked in for an appointment which was given face to face, only to get there and be told i dont have an appointment . I explained i was given the appointment by the receptionist which i could explain who that was. Still no appointment that i can possibly be given from now till sunday with a doctor i dont know . Am already poorly on antibiotics and dragged myself . Absolutley not acceptable at all .
Thanks to Claire, Dr Mehta and Satinder for their kindness and help today. Very different attitude from some of the surgeries in Health and Beyond Group.
Very poor reception, the worst doctor surgery in the whole UK. The doctor and receptionist should be Fired immediately. They don’t respect anybody, very low , and rubbish costumers service. There’s only one telephone line the long telephone quote system and it takes 20 minutes to answer the one call, just think how long would it take to get through if you are caller 25 .
On hold for an hour to try and book appointment with doctor then greeted with rude reception staff !
Both my son and I had an appointment today with Dr Lewis, both feeling under the weather and needed some reassurance as we weren't getting better. He gave us a telephone appointment to start with and decided it was best he saw us face to face, with an appointment made the same day. Upon arrival to the surgery he saw us on time and Dr Lewis was warm and welcoming from the get go, he made sure my son was comfortable during his examination and prescribed us medication straight away. Cannot recommend Dr Lewis enough, thank you!! Lauren Young-Morris
I visited the surgery today regarding a pet allergy .I was hoping to be given useful medical advice and medication for the issue. However, I was told by Dr Aggarwal to get rid of my beloved pet which is obviously not an option. I then asked if she could prescribe me some medication to which she replied "I DID NOT SAY THAT YOU AREN'T LISTENING". I felt this was extremely disrespectful as I am a 48 year old adult not a child. I have been at this practice all my life and I have never had a problem before .This has put me off going back there in the future.
What's the point of ringing up at 8 if you won't answer at 8 and have so much pain..need to find new doctor!! Then when you call they don't have appointment!!
Why can’t you see a doctor ? You can do everything else now , you get a telephone call and it’s not even your doctor Appalling
The receptionist needs to be FIRED she is beyond rude and doctors are helpless. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE When I was explaining my issue Dr sani told me to hurry up and we don’t have time and asked me what do I want Disgusting place
