The people at the practice are nice when you go in, but I have had a terrible time getting anyone to answer the phone or to reply to my emails. I've called multiple times in a day, hours apart, just to be told every time there is no one available to take my call. I paid for a medical letter 2 months ago in December, multiple calls and 3 emails later, nothing back from it! I went in and was told they emailed someone about it and to call this afternoon, which I have, and once again was met with the automated message that no one is available to take my call. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I'm disabled and am not able to just pop down to the surgery whenever I have to. I rely on phones and emails.
I have been attempting to call constantly in regards to both a doctors note and to book appointments, to be met with a long hold time just to be told no operators on occasion despite phoning at 8am. Also, was given an email address to contact in regards to my doctors note which i need to prove my identity to a bank so i can apply for student finance in time for the uni term in september, and that email address i was told to email DID NOT EXIST
Disgusting surgery, during coronavirus apparently smear tests weren’t deemed as essential so they wouldn’t book me in, spoke to many friends and family members who all still had smear tests during the pandemic! Have since tried calling many times to book and have been sat on hold for 45 minutes + and given up. Staff really don’t care at this surgery. Refusing smear tests during a pandemic. I didn’t question it at the time because I thought this was across the board, but nope just this surgery. Need reporting. Needless to say I am changing surgery’s and have reported this one ! if you care about your own health or childrens/ families….do not go to this practise!
Called the Surgery today enquiring for some support for a worrying condition. Very disappointed to be fobbed off despite my concerns....Received more compassionate reception from the Pharmacist, even though I expressed my concern regarding my crippling pain on the left hand side of my shoulder, arm & chest....Really wondering why I bother paying my Taxes? Appears the current Covid situation suits to fob individuals off. Pleased I served my country to be considered a Veteran only to be pigeon- holed. Here's to hoping I do not have a heart attack after requesting to see my GP?
Never had a problem when speaking with a doctor, has been helpful and has given good advice. Reception team are usually more than helpful. Receptionist today seemed annoyed that I had to ask a question and gave me a rather rude "yeah I've answered your question"
No matter when u call day time cart get through staff are always busy just taken 35 minutes to get through
Surgery has gone from bad to worse. Wait almost 40 minutes listening to their answer phone message at 08.00am, get through and be advised you need to call at 08.00am for an appointment, explain you've been on hold since 08.00am get attitude and told call 111 or try a walk in centre because there are no appointments left and unable to book in for future appointments. The surgery has been made to look nice on the outside meeting CQC expectations but CQC need to take a look at if patients are getting the access to care or is the surgery claiming funding for care and services it does not provide. Surgery is an absolute joke.
The surgery is very clean and modern with plenty of parking available. Receptionist was polite and efficient and my appointment was was on time. Booking my appointment and checking in was a very easy and convenient process. Dr S Agrawal explained to me my injury and spent time to thoroughly go through my treatments and rehabilitation.
Absolutely disgusing!!! I am 8 weeks pregnant and I went to Dr s r Agrawal about my morning sickness because I can't keep anything down I am still waiting for the midwife for my first appointment and I'm coming into my 9th week!! He didn't want to listen to my full story and kept talking over me and sighing! He then prescribed me gaviscon!! Last I checked I don't have heart burn I was also prescribed antibiotics from my dentist.the dentist said it was fine to take but as this is my first baby I wanted to double check with the doctor he then replied "Im not your bloody dentist" I'm not risking my unborn Childs life for his arrogance!
I can't believe how many bad reviews there are, I've always got appointments in a timely manner and compared to other people I speak to at different practices it seems considerably faster than anyone else, Staff have always been professional and polite
