It's the worst GP practice ever. This place is good at making you wait over 45 mins to 1 hr to be seen every time. Every visit to this place since 2022 has been such a frustrating experience. The receptionists are rude over the phone. The doctors seem to be wasting 15 mins between patients by not calling anyone in. Its seem like after every patient, they have a nap or chilli. They do not allow you to talk about more than 1 problem. If you want to discuss any other health issue, they will tell you to make another appointment. Useless doctors and useless staff. Do not join up with this GP. You will regret it.
Tried to book an appointment for my 3 year old daughter as she has had a cough for about 3 weeks now but was refused by the receptionist who tried to push us on to 111 or the walk in centre.nThis is where GPs and their receptionist get bad names for avoiding seeing patients.
Bad bad. Do not sing up. The nurse. As been. I'll but not got a other one. They cancelled my daughter appointment twice for her immunisation she 4 mouths and still not had her frist one if my baby get ill there be hell to pay for
I now understand why the NHS has no money when it's communication is so badly organised, they obviously waste a lot of hard earned tax money. I went for an appointment that was arrange last minute but they sent no letter problem one, then when I arrived they have not worked out where speech and language should sign in so I'm sent back and forth as the staff don't seem to have a clue either. Then when they are challenged by other staff they speak to me like I was the problem. How rude I think this staff need some communication training and if you can't work out where a person should be then don't run that as a service you provide.
Went for blood test with no form from my gps, text message told me I didn’t need to take one. Please collect a form from your gp or make sure they’ve uploaded your details. The nurses called the surgery and got it sorted so I didn’t have to go back. Excellent service.
