It is a nice train station. Connections to Birmingham and Wolverhampton are easily available. A shaded area is present in case of rain. Toilets are available. A cafe with warm beverages and hot food is easily accessible. It is on walking distance to the bus station and wellington town centre. Ticket machine is available.nnThere is also a secret garden to sit and enjoy.nnThe negative point is that there isn’t any lift to move across platforms.
There are no shops to buy clothes in the town no fresh food like it was
Regular services to Birmingham and Shrewsbury plus a couple of London direct services operated by Virgin. Booking office open during office hours otherwise ticket machines. Lovely little cafe. Parking if you're lucky to find a space.
The station looks quite nice and it's served by a variety of Virgin Trains, TfW and West Midlands Trains services from here to the likes of Shrewsbury, Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The formation of trains varies throughout the day so it's not uncommon to see overcrowding.nnBoth entrances to the station have step free access however the footbridge linking the platforms isn't step free. There are ticket machines provided, a nearby bus station as well as a free car park on the Birmingham platform.
Nice town with a pretty good market and swimming baths and a library a good selection of shops and places to eat although there is a higher percentage of charity shops than some other towns there is a good variety of high street stores and small independent shops
