Good facilities and nice bit of exercise walking over to the other platform. Good transport links with only a short walk to the town centre. Ticket office as well as self service machine means not to long a wait.

Shocking service from the chap in the ticket booth. Had a query with tickets I’d pre ordered, and he didn’t want to know, told me to go online to sort it. Clearly he wanted to finish reading his newspaper and customers disturbing him wasn’t part of his plan for the day...

Waiting next to the platform are normally plenty of taxis, this station is well served by busses. There are lots of car parking spaces. A Premier Inn and a Beefeater are nearby. Very conveniently placed for Telford shopping centre which is a short walk from here. There is a kiosk, booking office, toilets and a waiting area at the station.
