Delighted with the service we have received since joining the surgery a few months ago. All staff are pleasant efficient and professional. Any queries we have had have been dealt with appropriately. We have been welcomed and invited to attend initial health checks and ongoing health checks. We have had no problems getting appointments. Highly recommend this practice!
Since joining the Health Centre, I have always been treated with immense respect and care. Dr Tsang is exceptional and signposted to the right services in times of extremely stressful situation. I'll be forever greatful for all the staff and their support. I certainly recommend the Health Centre to others. Health Centre team keep up the great service. Many thanks
My experience at Wellfield Health Centre Rochdale . Before I start I must mentioned that I am a manager myself and I am certified CMI leadership and management Chartered . Wellfield Health Centre staffs are bloody racist , indirect discrimination and they will pretend as if they not aware of their behaviour. Their service show signs that they are unhappy with their jobs. This practice needs knowledge of Managing Equality and Diversity They need customer service skills and knowledge They never go extra miles for anyone even in a worst circumstances They are too uptight, definitely condescending . its crazy . Listening skills ? communication skills ? positive attitude ? they lack all these terribly . who is the manager hiring these clowns? There service is appalling and I can imagine how many people have experienced such appalling service especially ethnic minority. What are their qualifications ? for me it’s the language they use , it so unprofessional , their tone of speech & condescending behaviour . if the practice was a business to customer – needing profit to sustain then I believe the practice would be in bankruptcy right now. I called on the 5th April at 9 15 am the lady so too nice so I knew something was wrong , it either they hired a new staff or I dialled the wrong number to my surprise it was wellfield in Cheetham hill. I rang the Rochdale wellfield and few min into the conversation , the madness already begun. She provoked me with her attitude and condescending behaviour , I got upset and then didn’t like the way I was speaking to her. After 2 hours no text msg I had to go into the practice . I demanded to speak to manager , she gave me an attitude and said something is wrong with me. even though i was calm. ask me to leave so I left. This is the thing , they want to be spoken to in a nice way however they have no manners or whatso ever . any slightest opportunity to escape difficult conversation , they conclude you are either shouting, using a tone they don’t like or aggressive. They dont like being told off or set them straight. know your job roles. No matter how many times you tell them you are not shouting , it doesn’t matter they will still drop the phone. Dropping the phone is their thing, they love it . it like food to their soul. Yet they are completely clueless of the job roles. Clueless of what customer service is, not that it exist in their world. You cant expect people to treat you nice if you are being rude. You picked up the phone and speak to people with hostility and you expect them to be nice to you. I believe their mental health need checking out. Who exactly is in charged of the practice compliance ? Two hour later they rang me, same phone number the said they texted me on which I never receive . and said they wanted to know if I got to the appointment ? I was flabbergasted . who does that ? this is them trying to cover up that they care so I don’t give them bad review as I have mentioned. Appalling is understatement ! this is my 3rd time experience such with them. The staffs need to be checked out. It’s the politics for me, bloody frustrating. You cannot call without them upsetting you. If you don’t like your job just quit and go somewhere else simple. Why pour out your sadness on other people ? there is something called professional skills , at this practice they all lack it all terribly . Listening skills ? communication skills ? positive attitude ? they lack all these terribly . who is the manager hiring these clowns? I am waiting for the phone call review. Let see their lying expertise, I’m sure they have upgraded to pathological lair! Yet they get paid making people miserable ! If they are this terrible, their manager must have poor management skills for not seeing any of these . what ever happened to performance quality ? The standard practice of the practice is to drop the phone once the conversation isn’t going the way they like . poor management . what a Shame ! Bipolar people & Service .
RIDICULOUSLY RUDE phone manners!....for someone who doesn't visit the doctors often phoning for an appointment can be a harrowing experience....like they are trying to fob you off no matter what!! Making you feel like you should suffer in silence! I don't believe that we should have to tolerate such horrible behaviour from anyone...changing to different practice!
I took my son to the doctor here and the doctor told me that I will send his prescription to reception if he doesn't get better in 4 days, take his prescription for reception after 2 days, from 9am to 5pm I called several times but they said the doctor didn't sign it and we don't have any emergency doctor, I explained to them my child has a fever and they didn't pay attention and didn't give the prescription. This morning when I went there to make an appointment with doctor at 8am , they didn't give him an appointment and told to send the prescription to Oldham Pharmacy, not even told which pharmacy. I told her, his eyes are infected and need to see the doctor but didn't give him an appointment.
Nurses are always friendly and considerate. However, it can be a struggle to get an appointment with a GP. And they do not do minor ops, for example arm implant like my previous surgery Ashworth Street did.
Great service, ring bell before you can enter,temperature check is done when entered, waiting time around 20 -30 minutes, wear a face mask when entering names are called on the TV screen above in the corner Welfield pharmacy is next door. 1
Very busy but good helpful doctors, nurses and staff.
Staff could do with either training properly or they need retraining, as different staff give different answers, went in .for prescription Tuesday morn was told it was with the doctor and to come back after 5pm did so then was told it's still with doctor and it could take 48hrs. Should of been told this in the morning tueso as not to waste my time to call in for a totally wasted journey. YOUR PATIENTS TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS THE YOURS IS .!!!!!!
Great staff , and prescription when ready they txt you if you use the NHS app
