Rubbish surgery long wait times Phone is always busy even at 8 and when you manage to get through there are always no appointments The Medication which is requested will either be the wrong one or not get send on time Staff at reception unhelpful! Staff tend to lose notes given to them by the patient from the hospital and have no way of getting them back either

The staff at this Surgery is horrendous to say the least. Dr. Ghafoor himself is a good doctor but the team he has, most of them are shockingly ill-mannered, have limited knowledge, not proactive, not helpful, not considerate at all and above all heartless at times. I requested for Telephone consultation since Friday and didn't get a positive reply from the staff until coming Wednesday. The receptionist asked to call on Wednesday and see if Dr. Ghafoor is available. I have an ongoing condition and have to wait for six days to speak to my doctor whom I trust. (I don't trust the calibre of the rest of the doctors at that Surgery). If Dr. Ghafoor is not able to handle the patients at his Surgery, he should tell them to shift to another Surgery and refuse registering new applicants. But this isn't the case and we all know the reason. This is APPALLING, to say the least and no wonder the overall rating of this Surgery has fallen to 2.5!!

i had to give one star to be able to comment i will be honest these lot dont know what they are doing or even how to du it someone i know was a patient at a different surgery and i know this person am talking bwt did not sign a form for this surgery to have her medical records she rang the surgery she thought she was registered with to order medication for chronic nerve pain to be told she had been transfered to this surgery she rang this surgery to be told she is an inactive patient which means shes not on the system this person suffers depression suicidal might i add plus other health problems so she didnt sign the register paper for here as i take her to all appoimtments as i type this she is bedridden with nerve pain and to top it all off shes got ear infection but cant get help from no one plus her depression is getting worse by the day so if anything happens the blood will be on dr ghafoor hands so just be wary of fraud on your medical records at this surgery also

This practice is absolute joke. Once a year I need to see Doctor I could not get an appointment. The receptionist told me a lies . Time to find another GP..
