I’ve been a patient here 28 years and never have I seen it run so badly, receptionists seem to think they’re the doctors. The actual doctor will only speak to you on the phone or through text and that’s if you manage to catch his call at a random time during the day which they won’t tell you about. Shocking surgery. As stated have been here 28 years but will be leaving ASAP.
Terrible service. Receptionist are very rude and love to complicate simple requests. I am very ill but they won’t allow me to book an urgent appointment. You could be dying they wouldn’t care!
Very very bad patient dealing service. very rude reception staff. Not happy at all. My wifepregnant have an appointment with nurse we was just 2 minutes late because of traffic they said your appointment has been cancelled because YOU are 2 minutes late and nurse had gone, how come nurse gone in just 2 minutes, I believe NHS appointment waiting time in GP,s are 10 minutes. I am not happy at all and seriously thinking to change my surgery.
Since I've been with The Strand Medical Centre, everyone has been impecable. The whole family is looked after by all the staff, from booking appointments to being seen and directing us to the best support the strand team has helped us a lot. To all the team a massive thank to have improved our lives in good times and very precarious ones.
This is the worst GP in the UK....Regret registering with them. Very rude workers
Worst doctors ever..I believe the old Main doctor..Dr Anglin was sacked/garden leave mis diagnosis terrible surgery..not much better now
Fuking worst doctors around I av a 1 year old daughter we live in Rochdale an are doctors are on the strand an thts are local one so my girlfriend rang first fing to get my little girl an appointment coz she poorly they told her to cum for 9 she's booked in then when she got there they told her no Ur appointment is in Middleton fuking joke of a doctor's my little girl only 1
Wery bad worse surgery i ever seen make apointment then cancel for small babies to take blood dont have needle send to wrong xray scan so rude staff and not helpful use swearing words ignore your results for a months
Repeat prescriptions are never on time reception staff are rude and the doctors don't seem to care.
All of the staff are nice
