Wow! First Class Service! Goes the EXTRA Mile, Highly Recommended

Had a small problem with the electrics on our newly bought car. The guys were great. Sorted everything in fast time and lent us a courtesy car. Very responsive and trustworthy. 10/10

Utterly horrendous! They knowingly sold me a dangerous car knowing full well that myself, my wife and 3 children needed the car for a 200 mile round trip! Turns out all 4 brake discs and pads were in a dangerous condition. When the car got delivered they told me that they lost the V5 they did knock off £25 also I noticed big scuffs on the alloys, a lovely big scratch on the rear nearside panel, a tear in the driver's seat and the smell inside the car was disgusting!! I got a 25 point RAC check done on the car and it came back with £800 worth of problems. Admittedly they eventually met me half way with the cost but in all honesty that's not good enough. They could have caused us to have an accident! What garage doesn't check the car before selling? If you want to buy a car that is safe from a dealer that is honest. Go elsewhere! They're disgraceful!

Car advertised as excellent condition.drove 2 hours to view this citreon c1 for £3500 and it was terrible condition all the way around  clearly had a hard life and the salesmans attitude was "well its a leaner type of car after all".....WOW!!! Got straight back in car and went home.  Time waisters!!!

Bought a Jeep from Michal and have to say he was brilliant ,very courteous and helpful .had a small problem with the car on way home but he agreed we could get it fixed at our garage and he would reimburse us as it was easier than driving the 60 miles back to Weston from Devon he was a pleasure to deal with unlike some car dealers !

*** PLEASE READ  *** PLEASE READ *** PLEASE READ ***  I spoke to the owner at length on the phone and agreed on an appointment time to view a vehicle the following day. He assured me he would hold the car until I had viewed it and would not sell it beforehand due to the distance I was travelling.  He knew the train was costing me £85; He knew my name. He knew what time I was arriving.  I arrived on time, as arranged, and they had sold it to someone else half an hour before my arrival.  Four hours travelling and over £100 in expenses to get there; they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me to cancel.  What a horrible, unprofessional, inconsiderate way to deal with customers and do business.  An unpleasant and costly waste of time; I would never go near these people again.

Sold us a C Max that looked very good but he said three times that the car was sold without a warranty. found out a couple of days later that it had an intermittent fault which caused it to stop dead. He didn't want to know when we contacted him. Currently taking advise. Be cautious when dealing with them, not all is as it seems.

Bought the car thinking he was a nice genuine seller as we needed a bigger car with a newborn baby. 2 months later and we've had to spend over a thousand pounds on repairs Broken window discs pads turbo car mot starting properly pipes fitted incorrectly. Last thing we needed was to spend out money we haven't got on a car we need. Spoke to the guy and he wasn't helpful at all. We asked if he had receipts for the turbo that had clearly been fitted so we could claim back on the turbos warranty and he said he hasn't got any paperwork on the turbo. Terribly unhelpful rude man.

Great people selling great cars. I bought a car from them a month or so ago and had a few problems but nothing was to much for them. They even offered a replacement car if I wasn’t completely satisfied which I accepted. Great guys with a even greater passion to sell cars and make their customers happy. Will always recommend you guys.
