AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. To start with they were half an hour late, despite the fact I had booked a slot online..... in advance.

When I arrived they apologised for the delay and said they're running 10mins late. TWENTY MINUTES LATER!!! I went inside to find out what was going on, only to see a sign saying no appointments required. 

SO WHY BOTHER MAKING ME BOOK A SLOT AFTER COMPETING THE ONLINE VALLUATION?!?

When I was eventually seen, we went and had a quick look over the car and then went back into the office to finalise the offer.

To my surprise they had dropped the initial value price down by 70%. When asked why they simply put it down to cosmetic issues. 

The same cosmetic issues that they said were minor scuffs and wouldn't effect the price.

Needless to say I left in my car.....only being robbed of my time. I have no real sentimental value to this car, I just feel its worth more than there pathetic attempt to rip me off and I'm disgusted by the lack of customer service.

 If however, you are simply in a rush to get rid of an old banger and don't really care about getting a fair price this is the place to go.

As an update to the above....I would like to say after less than a week of advertising on my own, my car was sold for £950 compared to the measly £300 we buy any car offered. DON'T USE!!!!

Two very helpful and friendly ladies greeted us (and had helped us with directions when we got lost on the way). The entire process must have only taken about 20 minutes and I was happy with the price I was offered. Overall very pleased and would definitely recommend. :)

Last time I tried them the price was ridiculous,they must have sorted themselves out in some way because this time the price in all fairness wasn't far off the lower private sale price,but they do try to knock more of the price they offer if the car is not showroom condition,which they don't mention until you have got to the appointment
