Andre and the Sales Team at Maidstone Audi were fantastic in helping my wife and I organise two new car purchases last week.  Can't rate Andre highly enough. He is honest, he listens, he is patient, when the kids were restless he was completely understanding and constantly offered them drinks and biscuits (always a winner!) He really knows his products (both vehicles and finance) and is genuinely great with finding you a solution and being helpful/responsive. He never hard sells or is pushy - he is a top class modern, solution salesman who will find you the right car for your needs. Fully recommended and we wish Andre and the team there every success for the future.

Not terribly impressed by my experience.  My S1 booked in for an inspection on 7 March.  That revealed that it required a replacement air filter which they didn't have.  Re-booked for that to be fitted on 19 March.  
Less than a week after it was inspected my oil warning light came on (despite the inspection reporting that the oil was full).  I felt that my concerns regarding the oil were not listened to properly nor were they properly addressed. 

After I took my car home on the 19th it continued to show "inspection due".  I returned the car to the garage on my way to work on  21st and asked that they deal with it. This should have been done when the air filter was replaced. I waited for around 10 minutes and was then told it could be another 20 minutes before anyone could deal with it.  This was their mistake.  I left as I needed to go to work.

I expect better customer service from a brand like Audi.  One star because it wouldn't let me give zero

Order process was made very simple by Michael Crotty (sales exec),  he kept me up to date throughout the 2 month wait for the car. On the day it arrived from at the dealers Michael contacted me to make arrangements for me to go down and prep the car myself prior to collection which I was extremely grateful for. Collection process and the part exchange process was made very simple and efficient by Michael and would 100% recommend him for any new Audi purchase.

Ben was so helpful! Really informative and really went the extra mile. Cannot thank him enough for restoring my faith in Audi after having a bad experience at a franchise branch. I’ll be making sure I go back to the Maidstone branch every time now! Thanks Ben

This is a first class dealership with really good staff.  My car is in safe hands and I know that I am being well looked after.  Particular compliments to Matt and Emily in the service department.
