Thank you to the Dealership, but in particular, a massive thank you to Georgie!

The manner in which the Dealership and Georgie dealt with my initial enquiry and responded with a reasonable position was greatly appreciated. Georgie's attitude and approach thereafter was excellent and the handover process pretty straightforward and swift. 

We unfortunately had a misfiring problem with the car after a few weeks, requiring a new coil pack and ideally spark plugs. Whilst not ideal given the time we had owned the car and limited mileage covered, the response and goodwill by the Dealership and Georgie was great. In order to avoid future problems, the Sales team agreed to cover the cost of the Spark Plugs replacement as they were not covered by the Warranty. This again, was greatly appreciated and demonstrates an overall level of care and attention, post sale.

Beadles Maidstone were very helpful when purchasing our new cars in particular Chris Preston who gave first class customer service from start to finish of the process .. if you are looking for a Volkswagen used or new then get yourself down here,,, very pleased  thanks Chris

Once again brilliant device from Alex and the team turned up on a Sat morning were not booked in but they bent over backwoods to sort out our brakes so we went without a car once again big thank you would never use anybody else for our Corsa
