Just purchased a used Jaguar I-Pace from Sytner Jaguar Maidstone. Very impressed with the service from Dan Bobbett in the sales team. He arranged everything in advance so we could drive the car away on the day if we enjoyed the test drive, but there was no pressure to buy if we didn't. He looked after us on the day and was very patient and accommodating with our requests. Car itself was in excellent condition and had been thoroughly valeted and full charged for us. Definitely one of the best dealer experiences we have had.
Outstanding service, lovely staff and an impeccable record in my dealings with Sytner Maidstone, even when things have gone wrong, the attitude has been one of helpfulness and courtesy. In particular, Jack, in sales, made the process of purchasing an absolute pleasure. When there were a few issues with the vehicle which can happen with any car Clair and Lucy in technical, and Melanie in customer care, were outstanding. Couldn’t ask for better from a dealership which is rare in the car market today, especially as a female car enthusiast it’s rare to find somewhere that isn’t patronising and treats you impeccably. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone, and have done so numerous times already. The quality of service is second to none.
I regularly have my Jaguar serviced at Sytner Jaguar Maidstone. I had a mechanical issue that was not at all easy to be identified and yet the service I received was superb. It was thorough and Steve the Service Principal with his mechanics worked tirelessly to pinpoint and resolve the problem. I received the car back and wow, what a difference in how it handles and drives now. This to me is the sign of expertise and service and I am very grateful to the team at Sytner Maidstone Jaguar.
As an older single lady having a late life crisis :- I decided to buy an e-pace. After some online research I found what I was looking for at Sytner Maidstone. Ricky and Cairan were really helpful, friendly and professional and after driving over 300 miles from north east England I ended up with the most brilliant car. Cairan gave a great handover and he was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. A couple of hiccups were quickly resolved and the service I received was 5 star. Would highly recommend
Poor service to a loyal customer refused to do anything without charging even things that would be fixed under warranty e.g. faulty arm rest and sealing on drivers door.
Brilliant service from Cairan and Andy. Process was smooth and nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased with my new car! Would highly recommend. Big thanks to you all!

Not the service I expected from a prestigious car dealership. After deciding on the car we wanted there was a couple of minor issues with the bodywork which were agreed to be resolved. After coming back from the bodyshop there was an unexplainable blemish in the repair work along with excess polish in the door gaps etc. Also a chip the size of a 5 pence piece in the drivers line of view which was only replaced after saying we didn't want the car anymore as their MOT tester thinks it would pass an MOT! To add insult we had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment time to see the less than helpful sales manager because our salesman was too busy. Lookers Mercedes of Maidstone could teach you a thing about customer service.
I didn't get the gent name who served me and my mother when we came down to see an jaguar few months ago,even though after sitting on and gave the car a test drive, it's wasn't what I was looking for, but he was a top guy really genuinely nice and we felt wanted and talked to nicely and gave us a complete run through of the car nicely, to be honest not alot of sorry to say this word "salesman"are nice, I been unluckily to come across a few, talked to, like your not a serious buyer or give you the whatever kind of talk, maybe am not dress posh or come accross as I can purchase the car, But the gent who served us here, double thumbs up to him, thanks for your time that day. I took my Jaguar to Guy Salmon on Wednesday 2nd September for a factory adjustment Sally from the service department was very helpful and had the car ready for me plus cleaned in exactly the time she said. Whilst i was there i bought winter mats from the parts shop the the man that served me was very good and even fitted them as it was being worked on. I definitely recommend them.
